• Process adherence: strictly follow SOPs and detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and process compliance.
• Machine tending: safely load materials into production equipment and remove finished products after the cycle.
• Quality control: perform routine, in-process visual inspections and use basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers) to ensure components meet specifications.
• Material staging: ensure the production line is continuously supplied with necessary raw materials and components, staging finished goods for the next step.
• Adaptability: quickly integrate into different production teams and machinery setups for various short-term mandates.
