Job summary

Randstad USA in Watertown, CT is seeking a production worker to perform repetitive, high-speed assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks on a continuous production line.

• Work quickly and accurately to meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
• Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or specialized fixtures necessary for the line process.
• Quickly alert the supervisor or technician to any material jams, machine faults, or component shortages that threaten line continuity.
• Assist with the final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products at the end of the production line.
