Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for production associates on short-term mandates in Havre de Grace, MD. The role focuses on high-volume assembly, packing, and sorting on a production line, with a 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM shift.

You will quickly adapt to fast-paced requirements and alert supervisors to any line issues while assisting with final packaging and labeling of finished products. This position offers immediate work with comprehensive benefits available to successful candidates, and Randstad supports

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks on a continuous production line.
• Work quickly and accurately to meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
• Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or specialized fixtures necessary for the line process.
• Quickly alert the supervisor or technician to any material jams, machine faults, or component shortages that threaten line continuity.
• Assist with the final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products at the end of the production line.
