Randstad USA is seeking versatile light industrial workers for cross-trained production support across assembly, manufacturing and distribution. This role offers varied mandates with reliable pay and strong flexibility in responsibilities and environments.

You will perform light assembly, quality checks, packaging, labeling and inventory staging, adapting to new procedures across different plants and shifts as needed.

Your responsibilities:

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.

Location: Georgetown, TX

Work hours: Variable
