HB Specialty Foods is hiring Production Associates for multiple shifts in Nampa, Idaho. Day shift starts at 5 am with a starting pay of $17 per hour; Swing shift runs from 1 pm to 9:30 pm at $18.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential. Grave shift has no openings at present.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules, batch instructions, and SOPs.
• Support blending, mixing, and ingredient handling.
• Feed production lines and monitor product flow.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Stack and palletize finished product for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete required production, quality, and cleaning documentation accurately.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards.
• Help teammates and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
