Job summary

HB Specialty Foods in Beloit, WI is hiring Production Associates across multiple shifts. You will operate production equipment, follow schedules, and help ensure food safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We offer competitive pay with shift differentials: Day Shift start at $17/hour; Swing Shift start at $18.50/hour plus $1.50/hour differential, plus benefits, PTO, overtime, and opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules, batch instructions, and SOPs.
• Support blending, mixing, and ingredient handling.
• Feed production lines and monitor product flow.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Stack and palletize finished product for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete required production, quality, and cleaning documentation accurately.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards.
• Help teammates and assist in other production areas as needed.
