Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Worker in Minneapolis, MN. The role supports daily manufacturing and shipping in a metal fabrication environment. You will move materials, stage orders, verify accuracy, and assist with production tasks in a small team.

We’re seeking dependable individuals with 6–12 months pallet jack and shipping/receiving experience, able to read English and stand for long periods. Benefits available for eligible temporary staff.

Qualifications

• Experience using pallet jacks in production or shipping settings.
• Shipping/receiving experience and ability to follow work instructions.
• Physical stamina and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and orders with pallet jacks safely.
• Stage orders at loading dock for outbound shipments.
• Verify orders against pick sheets for accuracy.
• Wrap pallets to protect products in transit.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general production tasks.
• Follow instructions to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a small production/shipping team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
