Job summary

Ventek Solutions in Findlay, OH, seeks a Production Associate II for the 2nd shift (2:45 pm – 11:15 pm, Monday–Friday) reporting to the Shift Supervisor. Starting wage is $20.34 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential. Safety, quality, productivity, and a strong work ethic matter.

Responsibilities include assembling, packing, inspecting parts, and moving materials while maintaining Ventek’s safety and quality standards. Overtime may be required; daily tasks vary.

Ventek Solutions, headquartered near Charleston, South Carolina, is a newly established entity following its acquisition by Black Diamond Capital Management (BDCM) from Sonoco Corporation. Ventek operates across 8 manufacturing facilities located in the US and Mexico. Our Mission is to be the premier foam molder and integrated solutions provider in North America, serving a wide range of markets with molded foam components and protective packaging, including returnable and integrated material solutions.

Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate II – 2nd Shift (2:45 pm – 11:15 pm Monday – Friday) at our integrated materials plant in Findlay, OH. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and the starting wage is $20.34 plus shift differential of $.75 / hour. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to Ventek Solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
• Maintain a safe working environment. Safety is your #1 priority.
• Pack boxes according to instructions.
• Removes finished parts from press; visually inspects to assure quality; move parts to designated area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Must be able to work in a fast past environment
• Report any quality defects to quality, processing team or supervisor
• Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
• Performing all duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.

• Must be willing to work overtime (typically Saturday’s only)
• Must be able to work in ambient temperatures.
