• Performs routine quality checks
• Maintains cleanliness of areas.
• Performs all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of quality and safety.

Position Reports to: 3rdShift Supervisor (Sunday-Thursday 11pm-730am)

Ventek operates across 8 manufacturing facilities located in the US and Mexico. Our Mission is to be the premier foam molder and integrated solutions provider in North America, serving a wide range of markets with molded foam components and protective packaging, including returnable and integrated material solutions.

Ventek Solutions is seeking a dedicated Production Associate I- (3rd Shift) to join our team at our plant in Owosso, MI. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.90/hour plus a shift differential of $0.50/hour. We're looking for individuals who prioritize safety, quality, productivity , and have a strong work ethic .

Hours: 11:00pm-7:30am (Sunday through Thursday).

What you’ll do:

You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail
