Carel is seeking a Production Associate II to assemble UE/UR, Bard and MC product lines using hand and electronic tools. The role includes testing, troubleshooting, wiring, and reading schematics with a focus on quality and safety to minimize scrap.

You will work Monday through Friday with a 6:30 am to 2:45 pm shift, collaborating with engineers and technicians to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing area.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to perform essential production duties per work orders and instructions.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and diagrams.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Complete production per work order in accordance with work instructions.
• Interface with computer to execute job completion and inventory transactions.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies with hand/electronic tools.
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels using point-to-point wiring.
• Perform mechanical work such as attaching enclosures to equipment, punching holes, drilling and tapping.
• Conduct functional, high voltage and continuity tests of assemblies and components.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and training.
