Job summary

CAREL USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate II to assemble UE/UR, Bard and MC product lines following established procedures. You will use wireless drills, pencil drivers, wrenches and other hand tools to attach equipment to enclosures, punch holes, tap, drill and wire.

This role includes testing and troubleshooting, reading schematics, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with engineers and other manufacturing personnel to complete assemblies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–3 years in related industries with intricate electrical assemblies.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to use basic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels per work instructions.
• Perform mechanical tasks like attaching enclosures, punching holes, drilling.
• Test units and read schematics; troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety rules.
• Interface with engineers and other manufacturing staff to complete assemblies.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
