The position emphasizes teamwork, shift communication, and proper data entry in production software. Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years in manufacturing, be able to read standard work instructions, maintain reliable attendance, and pursue growth with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training (1-2 years).
• Read and comprehend standard work instructions.
• Arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product throughout the shift and report quality defects.
• Keep work area and machinery clean and safe.
• Enter production and quality data into production software.
• Communicate pertinent information to the next shift.
• Perform cleanup, painting, and housekeeping tasks.
• Support and follow food safety guidelines and packaging procedures.
• Assist in training assigned personnel and maintain materials.
