Qualifications

  • Environmental Awareness: recognize and minimize negative environmental impact to support sustainability.
  • Quality Control: follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures to maintain high product standards and reduce costs.
  • Continuous Improvement: participate in training and engage in ways to improve quality, safety, and processes.

Job description

We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure Safety : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe work environment.
  • Report Incidents : Promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will contribute to a proactive safety culture.
  • Compliance : Adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations ensures that all safety and environmental guidelines are met.
  • Use PPE : Consistently using appropriate personal protective equipment will protect you and your colleagues from potential hazards.
  • Promote Team Safety : By looking out for one another and promoting interdependence, you’ll foster a supportive and safe workplace.
  • Environmental Awareness : Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment will support sustainability efforts.

Education

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Previous Regular MSO role experience.

Compensation (for United States)

final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s

qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
