Position: Production Associate I
Location: Canton, OH (Brookline)
Wage: $21.71
Shift: Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift
2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM
3rd Shift: 11:00PM - 7:30AM

This role reports to the supervisor and involves performing packaging, housekeeping, and inspection duties safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Visual inspection of products and processes
  • Cleaning work areas and machinery
  • Packaging and palletizing finished products
  • Operating forklifts as needed
  • Maintaining records and paperwork
  • Communicating with team members
  • Assisting with equipment maintenance
  • Providing on-the-job training
  • Replenishing supplies
  • Relieving other employees for breaks
  • Following SOPs and safety guidelines
  • Supporting food safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience
