Classification: Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Machine Operation and Order Fulfillment (65%):
  • Prepare materials needed for orders.
  • Review orders and materials, locate and pick items using RF Gun.
  • Weigh materials, input data into machines, start-up machinery, and work with batchers.
  • Follow safety protocols at all times.
  • Housekeeping (15%):
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
  • Staging and Shift Handoff (5%):
  • Prepare materials for the next shift to ensure smooth transition.
  • Quality Control (10%):
  • Ensure raw materials are not expired and follow correct formulas.
  • Collect samples, adjust batches based on QC results, and ensure final product quality.
  • Equipment & Materials (5%):
  • Communicate equipment needs, shortages, failures, and inspection results to leadership and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform basic math for weights and formulas.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and order details.
  • Effective communication skills in writing and verbally.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must pass pre-employment physical.
  • Lift at least 60 pounds.
  • Push/Pull 55 pounds.
  • Stand 80-85% of the day.
  • Sit 5% of the day.
  • Twist/Bend 20% of the day.
  • Squat/Climb/Crawl 10% of the day.
