Grace Technologies is seeking a Production Associate I for Davenport, IA. The role requires operating in a team-based manufacturing setting, performing soldering, assembly, and routine equipment checks to maintain production flow.
The candidate should have basic MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to multitask while ensuring quality. A high school diploma or comparable manufacturing experience is preferred, with potential for growth within the department.
Under the direction of the departmental Supervisor, the Production Associate I executes the position responsibilities to ensure that business goals are met.

Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as packing slips, procedure manuals, Bill of Materials, and ISO9001:2015 work instructions.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Requires the ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and simple tools, as well as a wide variety of standard office equipment, such as a computer and keyboard, a calculator, telephone, FAX, photocopier, etc.
