Job summary

Welch Packaging Group in Indiana is seeking a production associate to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following safety procedures and quality processes to meet targeted build rates.

You will perform tasks such as assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, and labeling boxes, while maintaining 100% on-time delivery and high housekeeping standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant
• Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
