Qualifications

  • High School diploma or 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Two-year degree/certification or Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to read documents such as packing slips and work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Follows work processes and demonstrates proficiency in at least one functional area.
  • High-quality soldering or related activity.
  • Product assembly and support of department functions.
  • Assists other personnel to meet delivery schedules.
  • Monitors equipment and notifies supervisor if repair is required.
  • Counts inventory for cycle counts and physical inventory.
