The Production Associate is responsible for manufacturing of components, assembly of finished products and assigned soldering processes as required (i.e. soldering components, configuring cabling, and wiring). These individuals manufacture product in compliance with production control documentation and are under the direct supervision of the production supervisor. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and trays
- Ensure product meets the current quality requirements
- Raise issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation when needed
- Operate equipment and processes per process specifications
- Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders
- Follow process specifications and production rules
- Help improve processes throughout the department or center of excellence
- Maintain regular and predictable work‑site attendance
- Complete additional duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a 10‑hour day shift
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
