The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with Shift Supervisors, maintenance, and end-to-end process owners to maintain high standards of operation and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain OSHA Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle operator license.
• Two years industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance history required due to operation demands.

Responsibilities

• Operational Communication: regularly communicate with the Shift Supervisor and maintenance teams about equipment and supply needs.
• Safety and Compliance: participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve product quality and safety standards and collaborate on solutions.
