Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in English (reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of packaging processes with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Shift Supervisor, Cold End Coordinator, and Maintenance to address equipment needs and enable preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing solutions.
• Promote a culture of safety and engagement through active participation in safety meetings.
