Job summary

Knauf Insulation, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Production Associate to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with the Shift Supervisor and maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly, identify issues, and contribute to safety and quality improvements. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of industrial experience, a valid OSHA license for powered industrial equipment, and a strong attendance record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain OSHA-certified Powered Industrial Vehicle operator license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance history is required due to the unusual nature of the operation.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor and Maintenance teams to address equipment issues and ensure preventive maintenance or repairs are performed promptly.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote safety awareness to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of solutions.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team culture to sustain high performance.
