Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Associate or General Labor to support operators across multiple machine centers in our Lakeville, MN plant. This full‑time role fills in for others and helps maintain safety, quality and productivity.

You will work with teammates to meet daily goals, read tape measures, perform basic math, and learn company processes while contributing to a clean, efficient work area and reliable production flow.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Team-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in a production setting with moving equipment and people.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively with diverse roles.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving to improve processes.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
• Proficiency with computer-based tasks and reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and follow policies.
• Maintain high efficiency during operation of assigned equipment.
• Perform quality inspections per specifications and paperwork.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments to improve quality.
• Participate in housekeeping of the work area.
