Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack meal kit boxes on an assembly line, following safety, quality, and production standards.
• Support daily production targets by working efficiently and maintaining line performance.
• Follow detailed supervisor instructions and collaborate with team members.
• Report defective materials, damaged items, or safety concerns to QA or a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment and work areas are in good condition.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare ingredients as needed using scales, measuring spoons, and cups per procedures.

Join the team supporting Adecco’s client, a leading meal-kit fulfillment operation in Aurora, Colorado, as a Production Associate. This entry‑level role offers a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in food production and warehouse operations within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Rate: $17.75/hour

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and pack meal kit boxes on an assembly line, adhering to established safety, quality, and production standards.
• Support daily production targets by working efficiently and maintaining line performance.
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and collaborate respectfully with team members.
• Report any defective materials, damaged items, or safety concerns to Quality Assurance or a supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring equipment and work areas are in proper condition.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies consistently.
• Prepare ingredients as necessary, utilizing tools such as food scales, measuring spoons, and cups while following proper procedures.

Pay Details:

$17.75 per hour
