Job summary

Hope Network Industries in Grand Rapids is seeking a Production Worker to perform production tasks, ensure quality, and help meet production goals in a safe, team-focused environment. Location: Grand Rapids | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Starting pay is $14.73/hour with weekly pay and bonus potential. Benefits eligible on day one include medical, dental, and vision, plus a retirement plan and paid holidays.

• Preferably has manufacturing or production experience, but not required.
• Professional, courteous, and reliable – even under pressure.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Consistently meet production targets and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA standards
• Assist with plant housekeeping and end-of-shift cleanup
• Work cooperatively with your team to foster a positive work environment
• Follow all Hope Network policies, procedures, and GMPs
• Perform other departmental duties as assigned
