Job summary

Fresh Texas in Austin is seeking production associates to prep and pack fresh produce for retailers. You’ll work in a refrigerated environment and have access to weekly and daily pay, a four-day work week, and multiple shift options.

Starting as an Associate, you can advance to a Machine Operator, Line Leader or Material Handler after six months, with training and PPE provided and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in a diverse, fast-paced, organized production environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A great can-do attitude!

Responsibilities

• Stay cool in our refrigerated environment, preparing and packing fresh produce.
• Progress in your career from an Associate to a Machine Operator, Line Leader or move into a Material Handler role Opportunities for advancement begin after your first six months.
• Get certified on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Contribute to our industry-leading safety record.
