Job summary

Fresh Texas Austin Llc is seeking production associates at our Austin facility to prep and pack fresh produce for retailers. You will work in a refrigerated environment with PPE provided, lifting up to 50–70 lbs, and rotating through stations as needed.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in a diverse, fast-paced, organized production environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 50–70 lbs.
• Excellent time management and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Stay cool in a refrigerated environment, preparing and packing fresh produce.
• Progress from Associate to Machine Operator, Line Leader, or Material Handler as you grow.
• Get certified on multiple pieces of equipment and contribute to a strong safety record.
