Job summary

Thistle Health is hiring a Production Associate for the Long Beach Fulfillment Center. You will plate ready-to-eat meals, pack orders accurately, and perform quality checks to ensure the highest standards before delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a refrigerated environment. We expect at least a high school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with weekend and early-morning availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, with food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and early mornings.
• Must maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods in a refrigerated environment.
• Familiar with completing process control documentation (meal weights, labels, portions).
• State-designated or equivalent Food Handler Certification within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Plate a variety of ready-to-eat meals while meeting presentation standards.
• Pack meals and products accurately for delivery.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet Thistle’s standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow.
