You will handle plating, packing, and QC tasks, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a team to sustain efficient production and on-time fulfillment in a refrigerated facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and early mornings.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods in a refrigerated environment.
• Complete process control documentation (weights, labels, specs, portions).
• State Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Plating Thistle's ready-to-eat meals with presentation standards and quality benchmarks.
• Pack meals and products into bags/boxes with precision for delivery.
• Perform thorough quality checks before items leave the facility.
• Work swiftly to meet production schedules and packaging deadlines.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain efficient workflow.
