Job summary

Thistle Health is seeking a Production Associate to ensure ready-to-eat meals are plated, packed, and prepared for delivery with strict quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a refrigerated facility.

You will support the production line, perform QA checks, and collaborate with teammates to meet schedules. High school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing are preferred, with a Food Handlers Certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing preferred.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and early mornings.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and reach.
• Comfortable in refrigerated environments.
• Proficient with process control documentation (weights, labels, specs, portions).
• First/end-of-line QA checkpoint understanding.
• Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Plating meals to presentation standards and quality benchmarks.
• Accurate packing of meals and products into bags or boxes for delivery.
• Quality control checks on meals and products before they leave the facility.
• Work swiftly to meet production schedules and packaging deadlines.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain an efficient workflow.
