Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Production Associate to support packaging of materials and finished products for shipment. The role focuses on safety, food safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity on the production floor.

You'll work in 1st shift with times 6:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed, earning $18-$20 per hour. Prior warehouse or food manufacturing experience is a plus, and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or factory experience, packaging goods for shipment.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Pack, weigh, and label items for shipment per instructions.
• Operate metal detectors, tape machine, and label machine.
• Follow GMPs and SQF policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks for damage, seal integrity, and weights.
• Stage materials and load into production equipment following procedures.
