Job summary

Koozie Group is seeking Production Associates for seasonal and full-time opportunities in Minnesota. You'll help manufacture, inspect, package, and prepare customized promotional products, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Roles include reading Manufacturing Orders, ensuring quality and color accuracy, packing and preparing shipments, and keeping logs up to date. Seasonal positions May–December 2026 offer potential for a permanent role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing, and math skills).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow Manufacturing Orders to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, print clarity, color accuracy, and defects.
• Package finished products according to shipping requirements.
• Prepare orders accurately for shipment.
• Complete production logs and other required documentation.
• Maintain an organized work area and inventory.
• Assist with routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and report concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
