Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Easton, PA, to recruit Production Associates.

We offer 1st shift (6:00–2:30), 2nd shift (2:00–10:30) and 3rd shift (10:00–6:30), with wages from $15 to $17 per hour and a potential temp-to-hire path. You will prepare and package finished products, inspect quality, operate packing equipment, and follow production schedules to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Previous packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package finished products according to company standards.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
• Ensure packaged products meet quality and safety requirements.
• Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently when necessary.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about production needs and quality concerns.
