Job summary

Manufacturing is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team in Millstone Township, NJ. You will be part of the Production team supporting day-to-day operations, with a strong commitment to safety and quality while learning and following instructions.

The role runs Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, paying $18.50 per hour plus $3.93 in benefits. This entry‑level position offers hands-on production experience and the chance to work with safety-focused processes and equipment

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate you will be part of the Production team supporting day-to-day operations. Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Millstone Township, NJ

Pay Range: $18.50 + $3.93 benefit per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections of product to help ensure quality, while supporting housekeeping and general maintenance in the work area.
