Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Production Associate for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts in Aurora, IL. You will work alongside the team to ensure maximum productivity, follow safety, GMP and SQF policies, and adhere to PPE/hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include supporting managers, performing repetitive tasks quickly, assisting with plating meals into a bento, reporting defects, maintaining clean work areas, and following SOPs. Must lift up to 25-50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respectfully support and follow direction from all managers about line performance.
• Able to accurately perform repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work on a team to plate various meals into a bento.
• Abide by standard operating policies and procedures.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Lead/Supervisor.
• Utilizes the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Completes tasks as directed by with minimum supervision.
• Occasionally required to prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons and cups, etc., as needed
