Job summary

Koozie Group in the United States is hiring Production Associates for seasonal and full-time roles. You will read orders, inspect, package and prepare customized promotional products for shipment while keeping a safe, organized work area.

We offer competitive pay with a starting rate of $16.50 per hour, plus a shift differential up to $1.25 per hour and an end-of-season bonus. Seasonal hires may transition to permanent full-time positions with benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow Manufacturing Orders to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, print clarity, color accuracy, and defects.
• Package finished products according to shipping requirements.
• Prepare orders accurately for shipment.
• Complete production logs and other required documentation.
• Maintain an organized work area and inventory.
• Assist with routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and report concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

What You'll Do

Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends as business needs require.
