Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join the assembly team. You will assemble components according to written instructions and quality specifications, playing a key role in meeting stringent product requirements.

Primary schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as needed; employees are eligible for benefits starting the first month, including paid time off, holidays, and sick time.

Qualifications

• Production Associates uphold high standards of safety and workmanship.
• This position requires standing up to 10 hours per day and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Experience using small hand and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
