Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our assembly team in Grand Rapids. You will assemble components to precise specifications and uphold high quality standards to ensure reliable, safe final products.

Primary schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as needed. Wages start at $19.00 per hour, and full-time employees receive a competitive benefits package, vacation, sick time, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and dependable; able to follow precise specifications.
• Eligible to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience with small hand and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per written work instructions and specifications.
• Support part inspections to verify quality standards.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance to uphold a safe, organized workspace.
