Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join the assembly team. You will assemble components according to written instructions and quality specifications, playing a key role in meeting stringent product requirements.

Primary schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as needed; employees are eligible for benefits starting the first month, including paid time off, holidays, and sick time.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Production Associate to join our assembly team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex components and systems in accordance with precise specifications, drawings, and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our builds meet strict quality and performance requirements, contributing to our reputation for excellence and reliability. Primary work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays as needed to support production demands.

Production Associates work as part of a team. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.

Employees are eligible to participate in our competitive benefits package on the first of the month following their date of hire.

Full-time employees receive company-paid vacation time, sick time, and holidays.

Wages start at $19.00 per hour.
