Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our assembly team in Grand Rapids. You will assemble components to precise specifications and uphold high quality standards to ensure reliable, safe final products.

Primary schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as needed. Wages start at $19.00 per hour, and full-time employees receive a competitive benefits package, vacation, sick time, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and dependable; able to follow precise specifications.
  • Eligible to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Experience with small hand and power tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, dependable Production Associate to join our assembly team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex components and systems in accordance with precise specifications, drawings, and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our builds meet strict quality and performance requirements, contributing to our reputation for excellence and reliability. Primary work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays as needed to support production demands.
Production Associates work as part of a team. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.

Employees are eligible to participate in our competitive benefits package on the first of the month following their date of hire.
Full‑time employees receive company‑paid vacation time, sick time, and holidays.
Wages start at $19.00 per hour.
