Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Associate to meet daily production standards while maintaining clean work areas and following safety guidelines. You will work within a team to ensure quality throughout production, reporting any issues to the supervisor and following all company policies.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintain clean work areas in assigned space.
• Perform all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Report all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
