Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in Moraine, OH. The role offers pay of $18.00 – $20.00 per hour with 12-hour shifts from 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM, Monday to Thursday. You will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating equipment, inspecting goods, and helping keep production safe and efficient.

This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, adherence to procedures, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds as part of a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate basic equipment safely.

Responsibilities
