Redwood Materials Inc. is seeking a full-time production team member to support daily operations on a continuously running line. You will move materials, assemble components, and prepare finished goods for shipment while meeting quality and output goals.
Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other equipment, maintaining data in manufacturing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. ESd environment experience and safety emphasis are required.

Founded in 2017,we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.
This role supports daily production operations by moving materials, assembling components, and preparing finished goods for shipment. You’ll work on a continuously running production line, using equipment and systems to keep materials flowing safely and efficiently while meeting quality and output goals.
Full-time, Monday–Friday (initial schedule). This role will transition to a multi-shift operation (including nights and weekends) as production ramps. Flexibility to support different shifts is required.
The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
