Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Salvage Technician II to perform disassembly of compressors, operate Tooco equipment to remove stators, and conduct quality checks on components. This role emphasizes strict safety and adherence to procedures within a manufacturing setting.

Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and pass background checks and drug screening. The schedule runs Monday–Thursday with overtime as needed in a hands-on production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.

Salvage Technician II

Responsibilities

• Disassemble compressors using the proper tools while following all work and safety instructions
• Operate Tooco equipment to remove stators from bodies
• Perform quality checks and inspect parts

Monday - Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM Overtime as needed
