Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer issues and orders, coordinate shipments, and support demand planning across multiple plants and distribution centers. You will work with the materials group, warehouse personnel, trade compliance, and sales to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, plus 4+ years of experience and an Associate's degree or 60 college hours.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years' experience in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

We offer work-life balance to our employees, general working hours for this position are: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Normal 40 hours per week.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Associate's degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years' experience in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Oracle experience
  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
