Job summary

Seal & Design, a leading manufacturer of die cut gaskets, seals, and O-rings, seeks a Production Associate. You will fabricate orders, learn process flow in live production, and support quality initiatives while maintaining productivity.

The role requires operating machinery safely, inspecting parts, and collaborating across departments to meet deadlines. Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus, with a shift from 2:15p to 12:45a and hourly pay of $22–$26 plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to use measurement tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail for quality and productivity.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery safely according to company policies.
• Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection.
• Cross trains and assists in other departments to meet production needs and deadlines.
