Job summary

Seal & Design, a world-class manufacturer of die cut gaskets, seals, and molded rubber products, seeks a Production Associate in Town of Clarence, NY. You will fabricate orders according to job specs, learn process flow in a live production environment, and help maintain quality and productivity.

You will operate machinery safely, perform inspections, cross-train in other departments, and meet production deadlines during a 6:00a–2:30p shift.

Qualifications

• Basic manufacturing/mechanical background preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience with measurement tools and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with fast-paced environment experience.

Production Associate - Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment.

Role Functions:

Operates machinery safely according to company policies

Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection

Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines

Shift: 6:00a - 2:30p

Pay: $22 -$26

Ability to use measurement toolsaccurately
