Base Pay Range

$41,600 - $45,760 per year

Production Associate – First Shift

Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
• Operates machinery safely according to company policies.
• Performs first‑piece inspection and in‑process inspection.
• Cross‑trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs and deadlines.
