Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate for days in Roanoke, VA. You will move between stations to build windows and doors, using hand and power tools with safety training from our team. Training supports career growth and cross-training in multiple departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to your day.

Production Associate - Days

Location: US-VA-Roanoke

Job Overview

In this role, you'll move around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors. An expert training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. You'll be eligible for cross‑training because it's important to us that we help you build a career and grow in areas that interest you.

Your schedule and Pay

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay starts at $18.91/hour.

Overtime may be required during business season.
