Special-Lite in Michigan is seeking a Production Associate - Omega to assemble custom doors and entryways, following blueprints and safety guidelines.

You will operate CNC equipment and hand tools, measure with precision, troubleshoot issues with teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have basic tool experience, ability to lift up to 70 pounds with assistance, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out written or diagrammed instructions.
• Ability to measure and perform basic math including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Lift up to 70 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work as part of a team and train in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom doors and entryways following templates and instructions.
• Operate upstream equipment and processes to facilitate product flow.
• Work with CNC equipment, hand tools, and measurement devices.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to problem solving.
